clyxop devices GmbH is a German biotechnology company based in Erfurt, Germany.

The company was founded in 2019 as a spin-off from the University Hospital Jena. clyxop devices focuses on developing biocellulose-based tubes for the reconstruction of hollow structures in damaged organs. A key advantage of the biocellulose tubes is their use as temporary implants. The flagship project is the development of a bile duct implant. In animal models, a bile duct formed from the body's own tissue develops around the biocellulose implant after approximately 12 weeks.
