As a sports scientist (M.A.), Jenny Nisser uses her experience in the medical field to combine scientific theory with therapeutic practice. She has been working at the Institute of Physical Therapy of University Hospital Jena (UKJ) since 2014. Jenny practices the guiding principle of the University Hospital, "heal, research, teach", in her multidisciplinary work every day.
Heal: Based on therapeutic movements, she develops healing concepts for different patient groups.
Research: She is experienced in planning and implementing clinical studies with different patient groups and managed the supply with financial government aids for research projects. The spin-off saniva diagnostics GmbH with patent registration arose from one of these projects.
Teach: She has advised in medical doctorates and statistical questions as well as literature administration programs and research.
